I’m not chasing perfection, but I’m also not okay with “good enough.”
There are plenty of people who are content to coast through life, doing the minimum required and accepting average results. That’s never sat well with me. I believe growth comes from being consistent, learning from mistakes, and putting in the work even when no one is watching.
Being better today than I was yesterday matters more to me than being better than someone else. Whether it’s my career, my education, my hobbies, or the projects I take on, I want to know that I’m making progress. Not because I need recognition, but because I know I’m capable of more.
Mediocrity isn’t about talent. It’s about complacency. It’s the decision to stop improving when improvement is still possible.
I don’t have all the answers. I’m still figuring some things out as I go. But I’d rather spend my life pursuing knowledge, building skills, and challenging myself than wondering what could have been if I had tried harder.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is progress.
Never stop being better.
