Yury Valentinovich Lonchakov
Yury Valentinovich Lonchakov is a retired Russian Air Force colonel and cosmonaut who flew three missions across Shuttle assembly, Soyuz taxi work, and a long-duration ISS . He later led the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center.

Bio
Lonchakov trained as a military pilot before entering the cosmonaut corps in 1997. His early flight opportunities came during the rapid buildout of the International and the Russian role in station logistics.
He first flew on STS-100, a Shuttle mission that delivered the Canadarm2 robotic arm to the ISS. He then flew a short Soyuz TMA-1 / Soyuz TM-34 mission before commanding Soyuz TMA-13 for Expedition 18.
Lonchakov's final mission included two and an emergency debris-avoidance posture when the ISS crew prepared their Soyuz as a safe haven. His record is three spaceflights totaling 200 days, 18 hours, 39 minutes.
