Thomas Henry Marshburn
Thomas Henry Marshburn is an American physician, flight surgeon, aquanaut, and former NASA astronaut. He flew three missions to the International and brought medical operations experience into both shuttle and eras.

Bio
Marshburn studied physics, engineering physics, medicine, and medical science before working in emergency medicine and aerospace medicine. Before astronaut selection, he served NASA as a flight surgeon and supported astronauts in training, , and recovery operations.
NASA selected him with Astronaut Group 19 in 2004. He first flew STS-127 in 2009, an ISS assembly mission that completed major Kibo laboratory work and included multiple .
He returned on Soyuz TMA-07M for 34 and 35, then flew SpaceX Crew-3 for Expeditions 66 and 67. Across those missions, he became a veteran ISS operator and spacewalker, including emergency repair work and later station command during Expedition 67.
