Steve Young
Steve Young is a telecommunications executive, philanthropist, and commercial spaceflight participant. He served as chief executive of Young's Communications, known as Y-COM, from 1992 through 2021. Blue Origin described the company under his leadership as Florida's largest telecommunications contractor.

Bio
Young has also supported community work through the Trinity Group giving foundation. At the time of his flight, Blue Origin noted his roles with the Eau Gallie Yacht Club and the Space Coast Coastal Conservation Association, along with his interest in fishing and his ownership of a restaurant in Melbourne, Florida.
Young launched from West Texas aboard New Shepard mission NS-22 on August 4, 2022. The six-person crossed the Kármán line and returned under parachutes while the landed separately. Fish on the represented his fishing interests, connecting his Florida conservation work and personal life to his one completed spaceflight.
