Scott E. Parazynski
Scott Edward Parazynski is an American physician, explorer, mountaineer, and former NASA astronaut. He flew five shuttle missions and became one of NASA's most experienced crew members.

Bio
Parazynski earned a biology degree from Stanford University and a medical degree from Stanford School of Medicine. His medical and operational background later fed into both space medicine and high-risk EVA work.
His flights included atmospheric science on STS-66, Shuttle-Mir docking on STS-86, John Glenn's return to space on STS-95, ISS robotics and assembly on STS-100, and the dramatic STS-120 solar-array repair.
Parazynski completed seven EVAs and later climbed Mount Everest, making him one of the rare astronauts whose public record spans medicine, exploration, and extreme-field operations.
