Pyotr Valerievich Dubrov
Pyotr Valerievich Dubrov is a Russian software engineer and Roscosmos cosmonaut whose first spaceflight became an extended nearly year-long ISS mission. He came to the cosmonaut corps from a computing background rather than military aviation, which makes his path similar to several modern specialist cosmonauts.

Bio
Dubrov studied computer systems in Khabarovsk and worked as a senior software engineer before Roscosmos selected him in the 2012 cosmonaut group. His technical background supported both station operations and the complex Russian-segment outfitting work that occurred during his first mission.
He launched on Soyuz MS-18 in April 2021 with Oleg Novitsky and Mark Vande Hei, then remained aboard the ISS after the original return rotation changed. He landed on Soyuz MS-19 in March 2022 with Vande Hei and Anton Shkaplerov after 355 days in space.
Dubrov began his second spaceflight aboard Soyuz MS-29 with Anna Kikina and Anil Menon on July 14, 2026. The crew docked with the ISS the same day and joined 74 for a long-duration mission scheduled to continue into Expedition 75.
