Paul Scott Lockhart
Paul Scott Lockhart is a retired United States Air Force colonel, test pilot, aerospace engineer, and former NASA astronaut. He flew two shuttle missions as pilot during the International assembly and crew-rotation period.

Bio
Lockhart studied mathematics and aerospace engineering before becoming an Air Force fighter pilot, instructor pilot, and test pilot. NASA selected him with Astronaut Group 16 in 1996, placing him in the shuttle generation focused heavily on ISS construction.
He piloted STS-111 in 2002, an Endeavour mission that delivered logistics, exchanged station crew members, and supported assembly work. He returned later the same year as pilot of STS-113, which delivered the P1 truss and exchanged crews.
Both of Lockhart's missions were operational ISS flights, not standalone science flights. His work belongs to the shuttle-as-station-builder era, when pilots and were repeatedly moving hardware, crews, and supplies to make permanent station operations possible.
