Salis launched aboard New Shepard mission NS-33 from Launch Site One in West Texas on June 29, 2025. The autonomous carried six people above the Kármán line during the program's thirteenth human flight, then returned under parachutes while the reusable landed separately.
A lotus flower on the NS-33 patch represented Salis's spiritual journey. His one completed suborbital flight brought together his legal, financial, religious, and civil-rights interests within a crew whose patch emphasized several distinct paths converging at one capsule.
