Bio
Flynn launched from West Texas aboard New Shepard mission NS-31 on April 14, 2025. The six-woman crew crossed the Kármán line during an autonomous suborbital flight before the returned by parachute and the reusable landed separately.
The NS-31 patch used a film reel to represent Flynn's interest in storytelling. The mission was the first all-woman spaceflight since 1963, and Flynn framed her participation as encouragement for her son and for younger people interested in exploration, adventure, and space.
