Joshua Kutryk
Joshua Kutryk is a Canadian Space Agency astronaut, Royal Canadian Air Force test pilot, engineer, and combat veteran. He was selected in 2017 with Jenni Gibbons in Canada's fourth astronaut recruitment campaign, after an aviation career built around fighter operations, flight testing, and advanced engineering education.

Bio
Kutryk grew up in Alberta and trained first through the Royal Military College of Canada, earning a mechanical engineering degree before adding graduate work in space studies, engineering, and defence studies. His military flying career included CF-18 work, deployments connected to Libya and Afghanistan, and leadership of Canadian fighter test activity.
After CSA selection, Kutryk trained through NASA's astronaut candidate program at Johnson Space Center. He was previously tied to Boeing Starliner planning, then publicly assigned to SpaceX Crew-13 for an ISS mission targeted after this update date.
Because his assigned orbital flight has not launched yet, he has zero completed spaceflights. Crew-13 belongs in career and assignment context until the mission actually flies; connected to that future mission are not separate flown mission cards.
