Wiseman graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Johns Hopkins University, then became a Navy fighter pilot and test pilot. NASA selected him in 2009.
He launched on Soyuz TMA-13M for 40 and 41, then commanded Artemis II in 2026. Artemis II was the first crewed lunar mission since Apollo 17.
