Dylan Taylor is a space-industry executive, investor, philanthropist, and commercial spaceflight participant. At the time of his New Shepard flight, Blue Origin identified him as chairman and chief executive of Voyager Space. He founded Space for Humanity, a nonprofit intended to broaden access to space, and was a founding patron of the Commercial Spaceflight Federation.

Taylor launched aboard New Shepard mission NS-19 from West Texas on December 11, 2021. NS-19 was the first New Shepard human flight to use the 's full six-person capacity. The autonomous vehicle crossed the Kármán line, after which the crew capsule descended under parachutes and the made a separate powered landing.
His participation connected investment and management in the commercial-space sector with direct flight experience. It also placed the founder of an access-focused nonprofit among the early customers of a reusable suborbital human-spaceflight system.
