Kuehner launched with her husband, Carl Kuehner, aboard New Shepard mission NS-33 from West Texas on June 29, 2025. The autonomous carried six people above the Kármán line during the program's thirteenth human flight and returned under parachutes while the reusable landed separately.
Leaves on the NS-33 represented the couple's shared commitment to conservation. The flight gave Kuehner a view of the planet beyond the ecosystems she had explored on the ground and became her one completed suborbital spaceflight.
